Arturo Vidal, CFA is the Vice President of Finance at Oak Capital. Arturo manages and creates the financial models utilized for developments and acquisitions. He is also involved in deal sourcing as well as capital raising. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Lionheart Capital: a real estate development and private equity firm in Miami, Florida.
While at Lionheart Capital, Arturo managed the underwriting for acquisitions of distressed retail malls, department store boxes, and neighborhood centers. He was also involved, on a day-to-day basis, with the asset management of the retail portfolio.
Arturo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT. He also completed a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate (MBA) as well as a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from the University of Miami in Miami, FL. He successfully passed the CFA Institute’s Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level 1, 2, and 3 exams and is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder.
