Developed The Meridian, designed by renowned architects Bernard Zyscovich and Alison Spear. This 6-story, 111-lofts building marked the first major lofts development in South Florida. Resembling a head-shaped contemporary sculpture that undulates along a full block, facing the Miami Beach Convention Center, Botanical Garden and Miami Beach Golf Club, it earned the ‘Historical Preservation Award’ from the Miami Design Preservation League. This $42 million condominium opened in June 2005.
