Purchased the Miami Heart Institute, an 1,000,000 sq. ft. functioning hospital, in 2012. Situated on 7.5 acres of land this waterfront property was successfully rezoned for residential use.

It was then designed by Master Italian architect Piero Lissoni and branded The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. The projected sellout is approximately $550 million and it was delivered in 2019.
