Acquired the majority of units at the 2700 North Ocean condo towers in June 2010, totaling 450,000 sq. ft, for $120 million. Post purchase, this 8-acre oceanfront property was converted to The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singer Island, Palm Beach, and same units were sold for over $300 million.
