The Seagull Hotel

The Seagull Beach Resort was the last large prime beachfront un-renovated legacy hotel in South Beach. This extremely complex transaction, undertaken together with the Actium Development Co., included a land lease and multiple owners. It took 15 years to be completed, after which was sold for $120 million. The property will now be redeveloped into a Bulgari Hotel.
